Program Overview

High Performance is a one and half day customised programme that provides insights, a framework and tools to gain higher awareness of what constitutes a high performance culture and how to achieve and nurture it. The workshop will combine one-on-one, team and group discussions and will highly use visualization techniques. Concepts and core themes shall be applied to the company’s daily related business challenges in order to emphasise the applicability of learning outcomes. The last part of the workshop will be dedicated to providing recommended actions and insights on how to apply learnings in management practice. Core modules will include:
 1. What is culture and high performance culture
 2. What are core characteristics of high performance culture
 3. Where do we start to develop it
 4. What are my core skills as a leader to drive high performance culture
 5. What tools can we apply
Workshop participants will be able to:
 • Reflect on their personal leadership and high performance culture;
 • Reflect on where the team is in developing high performance
 • Understand why this is important
 • See the big picture of leadership and high performance culture
 • Develop additional competencies
 • Apply tools to assist starting to build higher performance
 • Get inspired to drive high performance culture at their company

Experience
Peter Buytaert builds on more than twenty five years of Global and Asia executive management, leadership and entrepreneurial experience. Peter specialises in creating platforms for global leadership selection, assessment and development. In addition to lecturing on change, corporate governance and Asia strategy, Peter is also co-founder and Chief Responsibility Officer of GLO – Good Leaders Online. He has been consulting and coaching on senior executive (CEO) level for the past 4 years including clients like Barco, Honeywell, Umicore, IBM, Sanofi, Johnson&Johnson, etc.
Previous to current roles, Peter served as Chairman for three consecutive years of the Benelux Chamber of Commerce (Bencham) of Shanghai. He is a truly global citizen with a unique track record in cross cultural people leadership, start-up and business strategy, as well as driving change in organisations across Asia and China in particular. Prior to his entrepreneurial career, Peter was responsible for Agfa Graphics regional sales and operations as its President Asia.
Before making Shanghai his base, he resided in Hong Kong, Tokyo, Manila, Kuala Lumpur and Seoul, with extensive project time spent in India.
